A Note From Father Rob
Now that the busy-ness of summer is over, I am getting back to more of the routines of fall. Summer is great and busy and fun and exhausting … I love it! But during summer, it can be easy to get sidetracked and forget other important aspects of our lives. Fortunately, I have Betsy in my life who, among so many other things, makes sure our pledge checks to the Church keep going out each month.
If you have been busy with summer and find yourself without a Betsy, this would be a good time to check your new, third quarter donation statement, which you will find in your mailbox in the very near future.
All kidding aside, we do find the Church falls behind in the pledges and plate offerings it receives during the summer months. If you have done all you can for the year, your vestry and I appreciate it and thank you for your generosity. However, if you have just fallen behind or forgotten your pledge, please do what you can to catch back up.
