Yoga


The public is invited to practice Christian yoga in the parish hall at St. James Episcopal Church.

Yoga was developed to train the body, mind and spirit to sit for long periods of time in meditation. It is a tool that can be used to cultivate a deeper relationship with God, as well as promote good health.
The classes are "mixed level," so they are appropriate for the new student, as well as the practiced.
The language of yoga is positive, loving, non-judging and encouraging. Everyone is welcome. Classes and instructors are listed below.
